I fully respect how far you have gotten on your own with your high-achieving and perfectionistic tendencies. I don’t aim to take that away from you. It just seems that now either you are facing a problem that you haven’t faced before or you’re overwhelmed by the number of stressors that are adding up to make it feel like life is no fun anymore.  

It doesn’t have to stay this way. They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result, right? So even though these patterns have gotten you this far, something has to change for you to be able to experience life in the way that you want.  
It’s a difficult pill to swallow when you’ve spent your whole life thinking that your achievements would bring you happiness and now you’re wondering why you’re still not happy.
